The Warren County Economic Development Corporation, operating in partnership and under a contractual agreement with the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders, is the dedicated Economic Development agency charged with the following mission:

The Warren County Economic Development Corporation is a partnership of government, businesses, and other planning and economic professionals dedicated to the proactive development and implementation of an economic plan designed to improve business recruitment and retention and strengthen and stimulate private investment in Warren County that is consistent with the character and environment of Warren County.
